Arrival and Dismissal

Arrival Times: 
Doors Open: 7:00
Breakfast Closes: 7:28 
Carline Closes: 7:28
Tardy Bell Rings: 7:30. If you arrive after 7:30, students must be checked in by an adult at the front office. 
Classes Begin: 7:30

Carpool Arrival: 
Pull as far up in the driveway line as possible so multiple cars can load/ unload at the same time. Carpool is the only drop-off spot for PJHS students. Do not allow your student to exit a vehicle from any street or parking lot without an accompanying adult. 

Carpool Route: 
South on 5th Street
East on Cypress Street
North on 4th Street. **No Southbound traffic allowed on 4th Street**

Dismissal Times: 
No check outs after 2:15
Bus Dismissal: 2:40
7th Carpool Begins: 2:40
8th Carpool Begins: 2:50.  8th grade parents should pull to the side & let 7th grade parents pass to avoid going through carpool too soon and being asked to loop back around. 
Carpool Closes: 3:05.  After 3:05, students move to the front office for pick up. 

Bell Schedule
PJHS uses a Block Schedule where students attend five classes per day for 1.5 hours per class every other day. 
We will follow the district A/B Day Calendar.
